Please note that before paying reservations for the same day or the next day, you must confirm availability.

Reservations are only confirmed with payment:
– 30% as a signal for confirmation of the reservation;
– 70% remaining, up to 30 days before the date of entry;
– to the indicated value, the value of the respective final cleaning is added.
Services included in the prices of the attached table:
– a weekly and integral cleaning of the house, at the beginning of the stay, with a change of clothes,
– toilet and kitchen cleaning in the middle of the week, with the change of toilet towels,
– weekly cleaning of the pool, in principle at the beginning of the stay.
Optional services not included in the prices of the attached table:
– breakfast (12€ per person and per day),
– welcome pack (press to see price and products included),
– daily cleaning (12€ per hour), and
– central heating:
– Casa do Tanque – 25€+15€/day;
– Casa de Luou – 1′ floor – 50€+25€/day;
– Casa de Luou – Ground floor – 50€+25€/day.
Prices are valid during the current year.
